Fill the litter box to 3 inches.
Scoop and discard solid waste as required.
Completely change litter on a regular basis.
Additional Instructions
Only dispose of used cat litter in trash. Do not flush, bury or dispose of it outdoors, in gutters or storm drains to avoid environmental contamination.

Introduce OurPets Switchgrass Natural Cat Litter to your cat gradually for an easy transition: * Pour 1 inch of OurPets Switchgrass Natural Cat Litter into a clean litter box and add 2 inches of your previous brand on top.
At your next litter change, increase the amount of OurPets Switchgrass Natural Cat Litter to 2/3 of the litter box content.
Keep adding more Switchgrass Natural Cat Litter into your cat’s litter box until you are only using the new litter.

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.
